1. Returns
We do not accept returns on our products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at WIGSBYKRYS@GMAIL.COM within 2 days of receiving your order, providing proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged items only. Please contact us within 2 days to initiate the exchange process.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not allowed as we begin processing the order immediately.
